Lenz has done assistant directing work for Opera Grand Rapids, University of Tennessee, and Opéra Louisiane, among others. She has also done stage management work with companies including Opera Omaha, Opera Carolina, and Toledo Opera, among others. Lenz worked with Pittsburgh Festival Opera as Young Artist Director in 2020 and 2021 and has trained with Theatrical Intimacy Education. Upcoming projects include Marble City Opera (Assistant Director, Pagliccai) and Bay View Music Festival (Stage Director, Ragtime).
