Spencer Bailen is a mezzo-soprano hailing from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Some of her upcoming performances at the New England Conservatory of Music include reprising the role of Marcellina from Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro. Her most recent roles at the New England Conservatory of Music include Older Woman from Jonathan Dove's Flight, Arnalta from Monteverdi's L'incoronazione di Poppea, and Thelma from John Musto's Later the Same Evening. Other past roles include Un pâtre in Ravel's L'enfant et les Sortilèges at Opera in the Ozarks as well as Marcellina in Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro at the Miami Classical Music Festival and the University of Miami.
