Biography

Kevin Mann

Kevin Mann is a baritone living in New York City, currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Music Performance from the Brooklyn College Conservatory of Music. Previously, Kevin has earned a Master of Music in Classical Voice from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Virginia Commonwealth University. Later this year, Kevin will perform as Ben in Brooklyn College’s production of The Telephone, before performing as Count Carl-Magnus Malcolm and Mr. Lindquist in their production of A Little Night Music in 2026. Previous operatic roles include Pandolfe in Massenet’s Cendrillon, Gamekeeper in Rusalka, and Bob in The Old Maid and the Thief, as well as covering Paris in Romeo et Juliette and le Baron de Pictordu in Viardot’s Cendrillon. His concert work includes Evidence of Things Not Scene with Manhattan School of Music, performing as Pilate/Peter in St. John’s Passion at St. Peter’s Church in NYC, and selections of Brahms’ Liebeslieder and Neue Liebeslieder with the Wintergreen Music Festival. Kevin is an alumna of the Berlin Opera Academy, Respiro Opera, and the Wintergreen Music Festival’s LEAD Cooperative. He was awarded the Abram Klotzman Memorial Scholarship from the Brooklyn College Conservatory of Music, the Elisavet Chatzivasileiou Memorial Scholarship from Berlin Opera Academy, and was a semifinalist in the 2020 NATS national Student Auditions.
