Laura has stage experience in opera, oratorio and recital. Some of her more recent recitals have featured Scandinavian works by composers Sibelius, Frumerie, and Stenhammar. Laura’s virtual performance and lecture presentation of Sibelius’s Luonnotar earned her the Music Academic Award at Syracuse University Setnor School of Music in 2021. Past performances include Handel’s Messiah, Haydn’s missa brevis in F, Mozart’s Vesperae Solemnes de confessore, Gretel in Humperdink’s Hansel and Gretel, and soprano soloist in the Central New York debut of Dan Forrest’s Lux: The Dawn from on High.
