An Oklahoma native, Ms. Rogers has performed in the United States, Austria, and Italy to date. Her New York City credits include appearing in the world premiere of Mambo Italiano at Westchester Broadway Theatre and performing as Clara in the two-man show, One Summer Morning. She recently made her company and role debut in Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre's production of The Secret Garden, in which Ms. Rogers brought "an innate likability to the maid Martha," and in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, where she "dominated the stage while on it...taking top billing" in her portrayal of the iconic Lucy van Pelt.
During her time with the festival, she also appeared as a featured singer in the centennial celebration Tribute to Leonard Bernstein. Other soloist performances include with the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra in Heitor Villa-Lobos' Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5: Cantilena, and in multiple sacred works, including Vivaldi's Gloria, Purcell's Rejoice in the Lord Alway, Mozart's Missa Brevis in D major, and Bach's Jesu, meine Freude.
In 2016, Ms. Rogers was awarded 2nd Place in the Oregon Chapter NATS Musical Theatre Auditions, and was named a semifinalist in the Comedic Opera Guild's Harold Haugh Light Opera Competition as well as in the 2017 Kurt Weill Institute's Lotte Lenya Competition. Branching into the crossover world of opera and musical theatre, Ms. Rogers has had the opportunity to utilize her dance training in the styles of modern, jazz, hip hop, and tap.
