Biography

Noah Donahue

Noah Donahue, tenor, has been seen on stages across the northeast with opera companies such as Wilmington Concert Opera, Delaware Valley Opera Company, State Opera of New Jersey, and Opera Magnifico. Upcoming roles include Turridu in Mascagni's "Cavalleria Rusticana" and El Remendado in Bizet's "Carmen." 

In January of 2022, Noah made his Carnegie Hall debut with Vincerò Academy in their inaugural Gala Concert at Weill Recital Hall. In the spring of 2021, Noah completed the role of Alfredo Germont in Verdi's "La Traviata" with the academy's opening season. Noah was a finalist of the Lucine Amara Art Song Competition and made double role debuts of Rodolfo in Puccini's "La Boheme" with The Century Opera and Opera Magnifico in the spring of 2022. 

With the University of Florida, Noah created the role of Jacob in the filming of the world premiere opera, “The Golem of Prague," a prin collaboration with the UF School of Digital Worlds. A graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, Donahue completed training with the Premiere Opera Vocal Arts Institute (virtual edition) during the summer of 2020 and 2021. 

A 2020/2021 NYIOP International Vocal Competition Semi-Finalist and former emerging artist with Russian Opera Workshop, The Seagle Festival, Opera in the Ozarks, and the Castleton Festival, Noah has performed the roles of Vladimir Igorivech from Borodin's "Prince Igor," Raymond in Tchaikovsky's "Maid of Orleans," and Zweiter Priester/Armoured Man in Mozart's "Die Zauberflöte."
