Later that year, she earned third place in the Advanced American Negro Spirituals category at the TEXOMA NATS Student Auditions and, in the following summer, she advanced as a semi-finalist in the National Student Auditions in Philadelphia.
She continued her artistic development as a participant in the 2024 Taos Opera Institute summer program in New Mexico and later attended the OPERA San Antonio – Classical Music Institute as a Studio Artist earlier this summer. Ms. Clemens will also be performing with the chorus in the upcoming production of The Magic Flute with OPERA San Antonio.
